What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate new and existing leads through cold calling businesses in-person and over the phone
- Maintain and nurture an active pipeline of potential merchant partners and qualify inbound leads
- Identify decision-makers and understand their needs to establish partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to securing sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of new merchant partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification, and/or work experience
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role
- Experience executing the full lifecycle sales process in-person and over the phone
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience creating and facilitating presentations
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Proficiency in using Google Suite
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
