      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email and phone in designated territory
      - Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers to drive value for clients
      - Lead discovery calls and web demos for inbound leads and outbound prospects
      - Manage accounts post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
      - Collaborate with Channel Sales Team to achieve sales quotas and drive business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Dialpad
      - Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telecommunications or security solutions industry
      - Knowledge of AI-powered technologies
      - Familiarity with mission-critical communications systems
