      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan for account acquisition and retention
      - Manage existing accounts to ensure high compliance and identify expansion opportunities
      - Execute a sales strategy engaging both front-line managers and C-suite leadership
      - Participate in ongoing training to maintain deep knowledge of the blood culture collection market
      - Maintain strict adherence to sales operations processes, including CRM management and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred
      - Over 7 years of proven success in field sales and account management within the medical device industry
      - Experience working with diverse hospital stakeholders, including C-Suite leadership
      - Strong negotiation skills for new and renewal contracts
      - Ability to travel up to 75% and lift up to 30 pounds regularly

      - Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue goals and customer retention targets
      - Advanced presentation and communication skills to convey clinical and financial data
      - Proficient to expert use of systems such as Salesforce.com, Tableau, and MS Office Suite
