What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a designated sales territory, focusing on laboratory sales revenue growth
- Advocate for genetic diagnostic testing services to various healthcare professionals
- Negotiate and manage contracts while developing customer-specific action plans
- Introduce new testing products and develop demand for new assays
- Achieve sales goals and manage customer data in the company database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or in medical device sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
- Experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
- Strong track record of sales success and ability to sell technically complex products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the customer base within the designated territory
