What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting HR and benefits leaders seeking better mental health solutions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to drive referrals and expand reach within target accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of Tava’s in-network model and clearly communicate its value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and consultative buyer journey
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while helping refine and scale the sales playbook
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tech stack
- Self-motivated, organized, and energized by a mission-driven team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform sales strategies
- Experience working with HR and benefits leaders in a B2B environment
