      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow business in a designated sales territory
      - Expand menu utilization and sell genetic diagnostic testing services to existing and new customers
      - Negotiate and manage contracts while developing customer-specific action plans
      - Develop and deliver presentations; host and assist with trade shows
      - Achieve sales goals and manage customer data in the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or in medical device sales
      - Strong track record of sales success selling a broad portfolio of laboratory testing to different medical specialties
      - Expertise in demand creation and ability to sell technically complex products
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license unless otherwise agreed upon

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Experience with a customer base within the designated territory
      - Some formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
      - Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
      - Familiarity with CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
