      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase laboratory sales revenue through market penetration and promotion of genetic diagnostic testing services
      - Manage a designated sales territory and grow business in existing accounts
      - Negotiate and manage contracts while introducing new testing products
      - Develop and deliver customer-specific action plans and presentations
      - Achieve sales goals and maintain customer data in the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
      - Strong track record of sales success in selling a broad portfolio of laboratory testing
      - Ability to sell technically complex products and manage time and territory efficiently
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Experience with a customer base within the designated territory
      - Some formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
