What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Experience with security incident response and management
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in cybersecurity
- Previous experience working with small to midsize enterprises
