What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve New Order Value (NOV) and annual revenue targets set by the sales organization
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to close new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned accounts
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in competitive environments, particularly in Non-Acute markets
- At least two years of healthcare technology sales experience targeting C-suite and VP-level contacts
- A minimum of two years of new business sales experience focused on acquiring new clients
- At least one year of account management experience with a proven track record of retaining and growing existing accounts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with consultants and healthcare executives in Non-Acute markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience working in a team selling environment
- Ability to present complex solutions in a compelling and understandable manner
- Ability to travel up to 15-30%
