What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, consulting, or related roles
- Experience in employee benefits or healthcare sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills on business terms of contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for mental health and intellectual curiosity

- Previous experience in a role that involved storytelling to engage stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, alongside presentation software
