What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call on current and prospective acute care customers (hospitals and IDNs) in the assigned territory
- Partner with clinical consultants and sales engineers to offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions
- Execute the full sales cycle, including opportunity prioritization, forecasting, and customer presentations
- Develop customer-driven solutions that improve hospital efficiency and patient safety
- Utilize data to identify key opportunities and implement consultative selling techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices
- Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills essential for success

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience specifically in medical device sales
- Familiarity with EMR connected systems and their applications in healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with hospital administration and clinical staff
