      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison to existing customers, ensuring positive client relations and high service standards
      - Initiate and maintain routine contacts with clients to ensure smooth working relationships
      - Hire, train, and manage the day-to-day activities of Account Representatives when applicable
      - Gather information regarding competitors and develop a thorough understanding of the market area
      - Respond to, document, and ensure timely follow-up on all service inquiries from customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of one (1) year of business/private sector experience with demonstrated leadership skills
      - Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience preferred
      - Valid state driver’s license
      - Combination of education and experience will be considered

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing effective communication and marketing materials
      - Familiarity with field-based marketing techniques
      - Ability to create and implement operational growth and customer retention plans
