What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of PLC and SCADA solution opportunities across key verticals, including industrial, transit, and data center markets
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing business with general contractors, consulting engineers, end users, and large owner accounts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers: plant managers, facility engineers, operations leaders, and IT/OT professionals
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to craft value-driven proposals and ensure successful project execution
- Regularly update CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and account developments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC/SCADA sales in the Industrial, Data Center, and/or Transit field
- Proven success in either the plan & spec or owner direct sales
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience
- Must embrace the use of CRM tools for pipeline and activity management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data center and EPMS experience
- Experience in building industrial systems and the application of controls
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
