- Works with internal creative teams to brief the approach and oversee the development of assets to support communication plans.
- Supports all QA/testing efforts when a new promotion goes-live or a new web enhancement is implemented.
- Assists with adding new products in the My Celebrity Cruise Web platform: images, copy and merchandising.
- Creates CWS documents and proof emails whenever new emails are created or updated.
- Develops detailed timelines to ensure all stakeholders are aware of go-live dates.
- Adds the creative requests and channel briefs into Workfront, the marketing project management system and Jira for the web, data, APP and MCC images and Asana for email coding.
- Tracks the progress with the Creative Project Management team to ensure that deadlines and approval milestones are met.
- Ensures the accuracy of product-related information across the company; working to immediately resolve misinformation or consumer confusion which may arise in the call center and through our trade marketing channels.
- Organizes related strategic documents and campaign assets in a shared drive.
- Facilitates the development of presentations to executive leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in marketing, call center, or hotel operations.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Specially Excell and PowerPoint.

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Account Executive, Pre-Cruise Product Marketing on the Marketing Team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Pre-Cruise Marketing.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida
Position Summary:
In this position, you will support the development of the creative and strategy of the different pre-cruise and ecommerce marketing communication campaigns with the goal of aligning with the Onboard Revenue yearly forecast and achieving Marketing KPIs.
Under the direction of the Pre-Cruise Marketing Sr. Manager, you will work closely with the Pre-cruise Marketing Senior Account Executive to provide support to the development of the marketing communication campaigns and the content management and merchandising of the Celebrity pre-cruise ecommerce platform.
