What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the achievement of individual sales quotas to support the company’s goals
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts with clients
- Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue using sales tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and adapt to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within the software industry
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals in mid-market accounts
- Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with prospecting and developing leads in a competitive market
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong willingness to learn
