      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow business within an assigned sales territory
      - Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to both new and existing customers
      - Negotiate and manage contracts while developing customer-specific action plans
      - Conduct presentations and assist with trade shows to promote products
      - Achieve sales goals and manage customer data in the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in selling laboratory services or medical device sales
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
      - Experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
      - Strong sales track record with technical, complex products
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to live in the designated territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Established customer base within the designated territory
      - Formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
