      Job Description

      TraceAir is experiencing exponential growth and we are currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join our team. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years as an Account Exec selling SaaS or similar tech solutions. Experience in the construction or AEC space is highly preferred. This position involves both hunting new clients and farming existing ones, so experience in selling new logos and customer sales is highly desirable.

      We are a mature start-up with a small, dynamic team. We seek "A players" ready to make an impact during this critical growth phase. We promote a work hard, play hard culture.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Close new logos and expand current clients
      • Develop and grow your own pipeline alongside SDR leads
      • Conduct daily outreach via calls, online demos, and emails
      • Network extensively

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience in land development and/or construction industries

      Compensation

      • $90-110k base salary depending on location and experience, with $200-250k OTE

      Job Requirements

      Qualifications

      • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, and Challenger Sales methodology
      • Driven to close deals
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 2+ years SaaS sales experience
      • Organized with multitasking skills
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
