What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage major accounts with revenues of $500M+, leading the sales process from planning to deal closing
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their challenges
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate sales activity records and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises using a consultative approach
- Experience in selling to C-level executives and identifying business challenges
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and capability to manage change effectively
- Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of AI applications in legal operations
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared objectives
