      How you'll make an impact

      Working closely with the EVP of Strategic Risk Transfer for Artex NA for large Individual Risk P&C product solutions with the core responsibilities being:

      • The continuous management of existing clients, coordinating with the client and internal & external resources to ensure deliver of exemplary risk management & service platforms
      • Collaborating with internal resource in the identification, evaluation, structuring and communication of product solutions for large P&C prospects

      The core role would center around the client management for approximately 10+ clients – each being larger insureds with their own unique needs.

      Responsibilities:

      • You will be the core relationship manager to existing clients, ensuring that we deliver both an excellent service platform but, as critically, developing and enhancing the risk management platform and solutions available to our clients. Working throughout the year with your clients, you will also lead the activities in preparing for the clients renewal terms.
      • You will be the core communicator on behalf of your clients to our internal group resources including Finance, our Captive Management teams and our insurance / reinsurance placement teams.
      • Working with the EVP and other internal teams to perform a multi-faceted evaluation of opportunities presented by both existing and prospect insureds. Evaluation includes underwriting, risk management, commercial/market benchmarking, financial evaluation, underwriting and structural evaluations with the purposes of identifying product solutions.
      • Presentation and communication of solutions both internally to the Artex team(s) and externally to the retail broker and the client.
      • Ideal candidates will be comfortable and fluent working with a wide variety of sources of submission data,
      • A strong level of comfort working within both existing as well as creation of your own Excel evaluation worksheets would be a plus. Most certainly a fluent ability to utilize Microsoft office products.
      • Ideal candidates will have a broad knowledge of the P&C insurance marketplace, whether derived in a carrier or broker environment. Product solutions will commonly involve a combination of Insurance, Reinsurance and Alternative Risk product structures.

      About You

      Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

      Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

      Behaviors: Position requires excellent communication skills.
