What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching and identifying potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts
- Conduct outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to connect with traditional property owners
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and goals
- Deliver tailored value propositions that highlight the benefits of the PadSplit model
- Close deals by guiding property owners through the decision-making process and finalizing agreements for onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with property owners
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with real estate investing and rental markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot or similar sales enablement tools
- Strong presentation skills for confident virtual meetings and live presentations
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and present financial benefits to potential Hosts
- Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in a rapidly changing startup environment
