What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts
- Actively prospect new business opportunities and manage the entire sales process
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies
- Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach
- Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience in developing and executing account plans
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
