      Overview

      Here at FCL Dental, our Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales and Service Operations organization. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for FCL’ s customer growth and retention. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy carrier relationships behind and move forward with a new era of benefit for today’s ever-changing world. As a team, we believe that in partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important. We want to make sure that each of our constituents are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing. In this role, you will:

      • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
      • Perform account planning for assigned segmentation, coordinating with Producer/Broker and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
      • Initiate and support sales of FCL Dental solutions within given segmentation, and shares FCL’ s value propositions.
      • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, producer/broker visits and overall pipeline, and service forecast data.

      Qualifications

      • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
      • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
      • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
      • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
      • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
      • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
      • Ability to travel within your designated area which may include overnight visits.
      • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
      • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
      • Salary will be commensurate with the years’ experience.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
      • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
