      This position will be working onsite from Miami.

      Position Summary:


      This position is responsible for owning the content creation and the social media strategy for Celebrity Cruises’ Trade Marketing team. Core support includes asset development for internal and external social media efforts and possible expansions into additional platforms. Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyzes social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Work collaboratively with the Sales organization to align on brand messaging and key brand moments. Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue, Deployment, and Revenue Management as needed to develop seamless flow of messaging. Support for Trade Marketing key initiatives and brand events are ancillary components of the role. Reports to Senior Manager, Trade Marketing.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      1. Own the management, strategy, and development of trade marketing’s social media accounts and social media presence.
      2. Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts on B2B, B2B2C, and internal channels to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
      3. Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
      4. Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
      5. Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data, impressions, reach, engagement, clicks, and other metrics to determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. Provide recommendations to achieve that improvement.
      6. Provide performance metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
      7. Assist in creating documents for executive presentations.
      8. Assist Trade Marketing team and Celebrity Sales organization with brand events as needed, including but not limited to planning and execution assistance with the annual sales conference, industry association events, ship launches, and so on.
      9. Support larger team efforts and projects to ensure KPI delivery.

      Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

      • BA/BS degree in marketing, social media, advertising, or communications
      • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
      • Proficiency in – and strong understanding of – statistics and business analytics
      • Web proficiency
      • Copywriting
      • Content creation
      • Strong verbal and written communications skills
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Elevated executive presence
      • Cruise industry experiences a plus
      • Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
      • Ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
      • Ability to use business and marketing knowledge to make decisions and get results
