What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics consistently
- Identify growth opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead management
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing net-new accounts
- Execute outreach efforts, including cold calling and personalized email campaigns
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that address customer pain points
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or a SaaS quota-carrying role
- Proven success in acquiring net-new accounts with a focus on self-sourced leads
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate product value
- Proactive "hunter" mentality with experience in lead generation; SDR experience preferred
- Proficiency with tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Salesloft
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in eCommerce or logistics is a strong bonus
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building
