What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals
- Consult with customers on technology solutions, leveraging technical expertise
- Manage the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking through a CRM system
- Establish trust with customers and ensure high satisfaction post-sale
- Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets and buying practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in Life Science, preferably in academic or biotechnology industries
- Extensive knowledge of single cell and spatial biology tools applied to life science research
- Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and close new business
- Strong customer-facing skills, including understanding needs and presenting solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
