      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing deals across an assigned territory
      - Generate new logo opportunities through outbound engagement and partner/channel strategies
      - Engage with C-suite executives focusing on Security, Business Continuity, Operations, and Compliance
      - Execute a consultative sales approach using proven methodologies like MEDDPICC and Force Management
      - Strategically target named accounts in the West region to build long-term pipelines and partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, especially in net-new logo acquisition
      - Proven success in selling to Fortune 1000 or large commercial accounts
      - Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to build a pipeline and lead with value
      - Experience in building consensus among multiple decision-makers and driving urgency in sales
      - Familiarity with selling to Security, Compliance, Business Continuity, HR, Facilities, or IT buyers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies
      - Salesforce experience
      - A passion for growth and a coachable mindset, with a willingness to accept feedback
