What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with varying portfolio complexities
- Broker and maintain required insurance policies and risk management solutions for clients
- Conduct annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal dates
- Coordinate client-related billing matters and maintain aged receivables reports
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Property and Casualty Broker's License required
- At least 5 years of client service experience
- High net-worth personal insurance experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- Appropriate insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM completed or in process is preferred

- Strong negotiation skills for claims settlement
- Proven ability to achieve revenue growth and retention metrics
- Familiarity with internal client management systems
