What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage all aspects of post-sale implementation activities for custom accounts
- Collaborate with field staff and external parties to facilitate the implementation of benefits and administrative services
- Analyze and process custom benefit requests for post-sales account implementation efforts
- Identify and resolve complex implementation issues while collaborating with various levels of employees
- Track and manage implementation issues to drive overall improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within 60 days of employment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven client-facing and/or implementation experience
- Background in medical/dental insurance
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to process changes
- Willingness to be onsite for training
