the AWM Account Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all territory sales initiatives and administration. There is a keen focus on achieving sales and profitability targets while developing key customer and account relationships.
What will you be doing?
The primary focus of this role centers on driving strategic sales initiatives in the AWM portfolio. This includes consistently surpassing sales targets, overseeing contract life cycles in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and devising comprehensive business plans for the assigned territory in collaboration with the regional team. Engagement in various marketing priorities, nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, organizing customer medical education events, and proactively structuring corporate agreements for business expansion are pivotal aspects. Additionally, participation in customer-focused events and training sessions is essential. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as monitoring contract compliance, developing a deep understanding of the S+N AWM portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to compliance training, and managing expenses diligently through regular claim processes.
What will you need to be successful?
The ideal candidate needs confidence in navigating acute and post-acute care settings and engaging with key healthcare personnel. They should excel in professional selling, manage territory budgets, and possess outstanding communication skills. Detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of handling pressure, they must work autonomously and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach to a safe work environment, and innovation are essential.
Travel Requirements: Local Travel
All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.
