- Req#: ACCOU001578
- 3+ years of recent agency commercial lines experience; managing commercial accounts
- Ability to provide solid recommendations to Sales Executives, clients, and carriers
- Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows based agency management systems, database functionality, electronic document management system and internet navigation
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Current Property and Casualty insurance license
- College degree and/or insurance industry designations a plus
- Construction industry experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main accountability for this position involves providing day to day service for multi-line commercial clients. This includes assisting with policy changes and claims, as well as evaluating, problem solving, and recommending appropriate coverage for the client. You will assist in negotiating account placement with the appropriate insurance carriers for standard and specialty markets. Resolving audit discrepancies and corresponding regularly with underwriters and clients are also essential to this position.
