A background in the motor industry, which includes operational experience with fleet product funding
Accustomed to managing a portfolio of customer/client relationships

JOB TITLE: Account Manager, Lex Autolease Corporate
LOCATION(S): Manchester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub mentioned above.
About this opportunity
In Transport, we have a meaningful role in supporting businesses and their drivers to move to more sustainable driving alternatives, ensuring we support the transition to Net Zero, as consumers finance their electric vehicles with us.
Within the Lex Autolease Corporate, the Essential Relationship Management team will lead a portfolio of existing SME, Mid Corporate, CIC & Public Sector clients with operational fleet and salary sacrifice schemes. Our role is to support in transitioning towards greater digitisation and the electrification of their fleet.
Day to day you’ll be;
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for your own portfolio of customers. You'll be responsible for quote production, renewal management / customer retention and customer profitability.
You'll actively convert customers to legally binding sole supply agreements and respond to the management of proposals, tenders, and key stakeholder engagement.
In addition, you'll be involved in the annual Strategic Review management and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. You'll secure timely/sufficient credit facilities utilising the on line proposal tool and will act as a point of escalation for customer dissatisfaction.
You'll have responsibility for the management of manufacturer terms and also updating the Dynamics 365 relationship management system on all activity, to ensure that it is accurate and details the specific strategic customer plans for the next 12 months.
A key part of your role will be to network within customers to generate referral business and to be fully conversant with the full suite of Lex Autolease product and financial services and actively promote these to customers.
You'll increase utilisation across the customer portfolio of the on line applications available to customers and will undertake / manage account reviews.
You'll undertake all customer interaction using MS Teams (minutes and follow up actions captured in Dynamics 365) in line with agreed contact strategy, with a view to achieving both individual and department/business Customer Satisfaction targets.
You'll also demonstrate proactive Insightful Social Media Activity in line with the LA Insight Sales Process.
