- Remote with travel to client’s sites in Richmond 1-3 times per week

- Develop & maintain strong client and contractor relationships, as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive sales.
- Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to define needs.
- Work with our internal teams to ensure client expectations and companywide goals are being met.
- Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting activities.
- Track key account metrics.
- Identify and pursue additional opportunities within existing clients including staff augmentation, SOW/Projects, and IT services to grow the client.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, within the staffing industry or 2+ years of experience in IT Sales, Medical Device Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, or similar.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Local to our target market listed above
