      Job Overview

      The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in supporting the EU Shopper & Brand Account Management Team Lead in establishing and managing the In-house Client Service Team for SWE markets. This role focuses on ensuring smooth creative project delivery, maintaining effective relationships with SWE brand teams, and driving business results.


      Responsibilities

      • Planning and providing Account Management Team Leader – EU Shopper & Brand and Content Production Lead with recommendation for maximum possible optimization scenarios of creative production scope planned to ensure: proper resources, minimal risks to delivery and efficient resource/time spend
      • Daily project management (up to 15 simultaneous projects) in close cooperation with SWE brand teams, In-house Content Production Team from brief to best-in-class creative adaptation delivery
      • Assure that all the briefs include all technical needs required by media agency.
      • Cooperating with Content Production Team to ensure quality and effective support of processes depending on scope intensity
      • Interaction with other departments’ teams involved directly or in-directly into asset creation delivery, like: Marketing, Marketing Procurement, Content Engine Team, Legal or Marketing Finance Teams
      • Contributing to the management of EU Production Calendars on a regular basis to ensure proper resource planning and risk mitigation
      • Support in developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, across marketing teams and external partners/agencies
      • Contribute and deliver reports through monitoring the number of requests, time spent, changes vs plan.
      • Manage and support projects from brief to delivery, partnering with teams: SWE brand teams and KCC Content Production team, and ensuring progression across all stages, delivering on time and on budget.
      • Be the key liaison between multiple teams, ensuring feedback is implemented on time and issues are raised to the Account Management Team Leader – EU Shopper & Brand to resolve as required.
      • Co-ordinate briefing meetings with relevant teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are followed accurately.
      • Work closely with media partners and internal and external teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information concerning results for the campaign.
      • Look for ways of simplifying & adding clarity to everything we do. Proactively identify blockers and recommend solutions.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative content production as senior project/account manager or supervisor, ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Production /Content development studios on a Client’s side or bigger Production Houses
      • Strong experience in working with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Teams.
      • Undersntanding media assets format/technical requirements (particularly on Digital assets)
      • Client management / business development experience ( able to drive business by regular analysys and verification of clients needs in order to identify new business opportunities ).
      • Strong communication skills
      • Proficiency in English & Spanish
