What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and specialty practices to drive product awareness and sales
- Deliver on-label presentations and sales calls to highlight product benefits and address therapeutic gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve product and patient flow challenges within specialty pharmacy and distribution channels
- Create and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize resource utilization
- Attend and participate in local healthcare meetings and conventions to represent the employer and build professional relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred; or equivalent industry experience with at least five (5) years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry
- Minimum of three (3) years of account-based selling experience in hospitals or specialty care settings
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for facility access within the assigned territory

- Experience with formulary approval processes and specialty pharmacy products
- Documented history of being a consistent top performer in a challenging market
- Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and build collaborative partnerships with peers and cross-functional teams
