      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and outpatient accounts to enhance product usage
      - Deliver effective sales presentations to promote product benefits and address therapeutic gaps
      - Navigate complex account environments to align stakeholders on patient-focused solutions
      - Create and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives within assigned geography
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant communication strategies and effective resource utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; equivalent industry experience (minimum of 5 years) required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account-based selling within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
      - Documented history of strong sales performance and ability to navigate complex customer environments
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and develop effective account strategies
      - Must satisfy all applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with formulary approval processes and specialty pharmacy products
      - Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively
      - Strong planning, organization, and presentation skills
