What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions for billing systems in alignment with internal control policies
- Configure and maintain transaction codes within the billing systems, including regular updates and new center setups
- Support the design and monitoring of financial system controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system processes with business needs
- Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting systems, billing systems administration, or financial systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and financial internal controls
- Hands-on experience with enterprise billing, ERP, or accounting systems
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or acquisitions
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, access controls, and other financial governance standards
- Understanding of processes for leading transitions and guidelines for documentation
