What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile premium, loss, and commission transactions for various treaties
- Process broker settlements, bordereaux, and reinsurance statements of account
- Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and databases
- Review ceding statements for accuracy and contract compliance
- Resolve discrepancies in technical accounting data and ensure timely payment of claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of technical accounting experience in insurance or reinsurance
- Knowledge of accounting principles and reinsurance operations
- Experience with Duck Creek or similar insurance/reinsurance systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience working in a global insurance distribution platform
