What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition by reviewing and reallocating sales orders
- Assist in managing business licenses, including tracking and renewing licenses across the U.S.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate order setup and compliance
- Support the Controller in finance process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Analyze workflows to develop efficient reconciliation and reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting an accounting or finance team in a professional or academic setting
- Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with ASC 606 is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using business application platforms and the Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BlackLine or similar financial software
- Initiative and self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
