      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operational accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable and reconciliations
      - Research and resolve accounting errors, transaction exceptions, and discrepancies promptly
      - Approve accounts payable check issuance runs and related general ledger postings
      - Maintain vendor accounts payable database and prepare annual 1099-M reporting
      - Provide guidance and support to team members, including conducting performance appraisals and managing project assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years experience in GL reconciliation and accounts payable, with two years of supervisory experience
      - Strong understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and related regulations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of experience in GL accounting reconciliation and accounts payable with a financial institution
      - Project management experience
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, or equivalent experience in the financial industry
