What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Complete full-cycle accounts payable, including electronic matching of invoices in the ERP system
- Manage the processing of 300 - 400 invoices per week with a focus on accuracy
- Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct analyses related to accounts payable payments
- Research and resolve discrepancies found on invoices independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable environment
- 2 - 4 years of accounts payable experience or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Skilled at working under short-term deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Previous experience with Oracle Fusion
- Strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on teamwork
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
