      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead vendor compliance and maintain vendor information in Yardi and VendorCafe
      - Manage vendor inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues, including communication with vendors
      - Accurately enter and code invoices while identifying and resolving discrepancies
      - Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments to ensure timely payments
      - Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accounting or finance degree, or relevant experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a real estate accounting team
      - Proficiency in Yardi and experience processing payables checks and invoices within the Yardi environment
      - Strong operational and customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve independently
      - Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in implementing and optimizing accounting processes
      - Experience in training property-level teams on accounting processes
