      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with established hospital policies and procedures
      - Conduct audits of vendor payments to ensure accurate data entry
      - Verify purchase orders, receiver, and invoices, collaborating with the Purchasing department as necessary
      - Maintain organized and accessible files, including pending and paid invoices
      - Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from co-workers, vendors, and auditors in a professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: 2 Year/Associate Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
      - Experience: Minimum of 6 months of basic accounts payable experience preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
      - Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with accounts payable systems
      - Ability to manage job-related pressures and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related financial position
      - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work extra hours for system maintenance and upgrade testing
      - Experience with vendor management and 1099 reporting
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
