      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and ensure proper GL coding for vendor invoices within the A/P system
      - Manage new vendor onboarding and assist with A/P setup of newly acquired firms
      - Maintain vendor records and process changes in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with managers to secure necessary approvals for invoices
      - Conduct research on discrepancies and manage record retention for vendor invoices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications ideal
      - 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level is mandatory
      - Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Coupa AP system or similar accounting software
      - A strong commitment to a career in Accounts Payable or Finance
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
