      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain payroll information and operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
      - Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
      - Process incoming invoices and manage vendor relationships in ExpenseWatch
      - Prepare and analyze payroll reports using PAYCOM for the bi-monthly payroll process
      - Generate ad hoc reports for various school sites and the finance department as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of related experience in accounts payable or payroll processing
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum three years of managerial experience with strong leadership skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with PAYCOM and ExpenseWatch systems
      - Experience in financial management and strategic thinking
      - Strong customer/client focus and communication proficiency
      - Ability to manage conflict between employees and business partners
      - Presentation skills and business acumen
