      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately process invoices, expense reports, and reconcile supplier statements
      - Maintain records necessary for 1099 compliance and ensure GAAP compliance
      - Manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively
      - Oversee records management to ensure financial documentation is organized and accessible
      - Collaborate across teams to address organizational needs swiftly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts payable
      - High proficiency with Enterprise Accounting Software, ERP Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work strategically and creatively within teams
      - Commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a non-profit or educational institution
      - Familiarity with financial documentation related to 1099 compliance
      - Knowledge of public service loan forgiveness programs
      - Background in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
      - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
