      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly
      - Process payments via check and ACH in accordance with payment terms and company policy
      - Complete three-way match reconciliation for purchase order invoices and related documentation
      - Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance prior to reimbursement
      - Research invoices or payment discrepancies and ensure receipt of credit for outstanding memos

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience
      - High school diploma or associate's degree
      - Computer literacy and key punching experience
      - Good math and communication skills
      - Experience with NetSuite and/or Envi is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare administration industry
