What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and assist with invoice processing to ensure accuracy and proper approvals
- Oversee corporate credit card coding and communicate directly with cardholders
- Record autopay transactions through ERP bank activity
- Lead month-end statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support implementation and optimization of AP automation tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Coupa, Bill.com, or similar systems
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
