What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan all incoming mail and invoices for processing
- Obtain proper approvals on invoices and accurately process payments
- Audit and process expense reimbursements and corporate credit card activities
- Track and process utility billing for all locations
- Correspond with vendors and the Operations team to ensure timely invoice processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with accounting software packages
- Strong understanding of GL accounts and ability to use 10-key by touch
- Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

- Demonstrated longevity in current and past positions
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
