      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
      - Develop and maintain accounts payable policies, procedures, and process documentation
      - Manage the annual process for issuing 1099 tax forms and compliance with sales tax exemption requirements
      - Provide audit support for both internal and external audit requests
      - Supervise staff within the accounts payable function and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience accepted
      - 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance department
      - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
      - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required, advanced skills a plus
