      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process high-volume vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing in the ERP system
      - Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
      - Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments
      - Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
      - Monitor accounts payable aging, follow up on past-due invoices, and respond to vendor inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of five years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment
      - Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
      - Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the life sciences industry
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
      - Emotional intelligence and adaptability in managing change
